Step 1

Select Payment Type

Login to Dashboard - Click the button on to log into your Affiliate Dashboard
Click Edit Profile
Go to Payment Settings Tab
Select PayPal or Check - Then enter your PayPal e-mail address

Step 2

Tax Form Selection

Select your tax form - click the button to the left to get to the tax form selection page.
Click the button for your appropriate tax form
Fill out all required fields as well as your Tax ID number
Note: Incomplete or inaccurate information on the tax forms will prevent you from being ready for payout
